We are looking for several Talent Partners to join our Talent team at Fornebu, that supports the businesses in Norway in attracting and hiring the best talents to contribute to a more sustainable future.

You will be part of our Talent team, working closely with stakeholders from different businesses and the HR community.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end hiring process with relevant stakeholders and advise business on solutions to talent challenges
  • Actively advocate for internal talent advancement opportunities and promote talent advancement activities within the businesses as well as educate the organization where needed
  • Manage recruitment campaigns, working directly with hiring managers to understand the requirements and decide on the appropriate sourcing strategy
  • Conduct screening interviews and assist managers with interviews and selection assessments
  • Understand local talent supply and demand dynamics and help to develop hiring plans together with Business and HR Business Partners
  • Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities and research for trends
  • Promote ABB in relevant forums, including job fairs, student and professional events, social media etc., manage and develop cooperation with universities and vocational schools, and maintain a solid connection with professionals’ networks in order to showcase ABB as employer of choice
  • Based on business needs, develop a consistent and innovative plan on how to be more visible as employer of choice
  • Manage internal and external initiatives (eg. Events, Social Media Campaigns, Articles, etc) to improve the brand of ABB as an employer

Your background

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business or HR related fields and experience in talent sourcing and recruitment, employer branding, with passion in the area of talent acquisition
  • Acquisition/sourcing in an international corporation
  • Experience with branding and communications, ideally developing marketing and social media campaigns and plans
  • Experience with social networks, professional sites and resume databases
  • End-to-end process thinking and experience of managing projects
  • Excellent customer and service orientation
  • Candidate market understanding and knowledge of supply of certain competencies
  • Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
  • A solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Norwegian language
  • Readiness to travel
