For one of our customer we are now looking for a Senior Purchaser.
Job responsibilities:
Create requests for quotations (RFQ) and purchase orders (PO)
Based on client’s needs, negotiate contracts, set call offs and purchase orders towards suppliers
Follow up and manage active purchase orders
Daily dialogues with business clients and requisitioners understanding expectations and analyzing needs
Identify and implement digital and automated Requisition to Pay (R2P) solutions
Efficient contract operationalization in collaboration with contract responsible
Support tactical responsible by sharing competence and experience to create value and synergies within the category and segment
Process supplier pre-qualifications
Be a part of the operational continuous improvement team, work across BU’s and take an active role in order to deliver on our targets such as increased efficiency, RPA utilization and to seek new ways of working.
Your qualifications:
Supply chain management and procurement knowledge and experience.
Knowledge and experience with SAP
Confident managing relationships with both business clients and suppliers
Profficiency level in O365, otherwise strong IT skills
Fluent in Norwegian and English
Relevant experience may compensate for formal qualifications
Purchasing training and support will be provided
Commuters not accepted.
