For one of our customers we are now looking for a Procurement Controller.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Develop and execute procedures to monitor compliance to the clients procurement processes
- Identify deviations and contributing to implementing measures to drive common way of working
- Develop and maintain KPI structure for procurement performance measurement
- Propose and support initiatives to increase process efficiency
- Report on performance to all relevant stakeholders
- Contribute to procurement transparency and good master data quality
Required expertise:
- Experience with procurement, accounting and controlling
- Relevant experience using SAP (MM/FI/CO) in ECC or S/4 HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, Celonis, JAGGAER One Procurement or similar
- Demonstrated effectiveness using Microsoft Office 365
- Strong technical and analytical mindset
- Good communication and listening skills, English proficiency
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and relationship skills enabling efficient cooperation across the Group
- Structured way of working with attention to detail
- Supportive and flexible attitude
- Comfortable working in hectic environments with high expectations
Job Specifications:
