For one of our customer we are now looking for a Logistics Advisor.
Job responsibilities:
1. Follow up the delivered quality of Logistics services and support delivered to LNAS departments for the following disciplines: Air Transport, Marine Operations & Transport, Warehouse Management and Supply Base Operations.
2. Responsible for clarifying and coordinating discipline interfaces with service providers, contract, purchasing, offshore logistics, HSEQ and other relevant disciplines concerning deliveries.
3. Responsible for identifying areas where interaction can contribute to increased efficiency and reduced costs to ensure optimal personnel and material flow to and from the installation
4. Responsible for monitoring and reporting on short term logistics needs
5. Provide professional advice for continues improvement of logistics businesses processes and governing document
6. Responsible for monitor and report for relevant KPI`s for Logistics
7. May participate in Logistics duty
Your qualifications:
FORMAL EDUCATION:
University degree. Extensive experience may replace formal education
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 5 years work experience from the Oil and Gas Industry
Extensive documented experience from Logistics and Supply Chain Management, technical knowledge.
COMPETENCIES:
Detailed and expert logistics and supply chain knowledge, commercial awareness, negotiation skills, IT/ERP systems, knowledge of governing standards and regulations, cross-discipline knowledge and understanding, market knowledge, self-driven, analytic, communication skills, cooperative.
OTHER:
English oral/written
Computer skills
Good presentation skills
