For one of our customer we are now looking for an Inventory Management Advisor
Job responsibilities:
- Support, advice and assist in the Inventory & Material management strategies and ensure compliance with procedures
- Act as a liaison between NOROG activities linked to Economy sharing initiatives, and establish key stakeholder buy-in/onboarding, i.e. “Standardize supply chain behaviors” use of virtual inventory vs standard sourcing method, etc
- Advisory and mentoring in correct use of supply chain behavior towards Company’s sustainability policy ensuring correct solutions in project phase, before placing traditional call offs– purchase and building the inventory for the operational phase
- Drive continuous improvement in inventory management activities, strategies and material management process
- Optimize inventory and stock availability by actively advising improvement areas and circular economyYour qualifications:
- Must have experience from Norwegian projects
- Relevant university degree. Extensive relevant professional training and experience can compensate for the lack of a formal degree
- 10+ years relevant experience
- Self-motivating skills and ability to seek effective solution to challenging casing and promote such solution by establish key stakeholder buy-in
- Analytic, methodic and coordination skills
- Strong ethics, control & integrity awareness
- Strong communication skills
- Interpersonal skills, team player
- Educational & presentation skills
- Relevant technical and operational supply chain management, warehouse & Inventory experienceCandidate must be located within Europe.
