Contract Management Specialist

For one of our clients we are looking for å Contract Management Specialist.

Background / business context

Tn ASA currently has 250+ contracts and all of them require detail scrutiny, review and update. In addition, the processes related to contract updates and signing requires automation such that going forward sourcing teams are spending less time on such activities. Group units sourcing (GUS) does not have the required capacity to do these tasks however this is important keeping in view compliance to respective policies and procedures. For this purpose, we would request engagement of a temporary capacity resource with the following portfolio and expected deliverables

Activities to be performed

Contract management support to Group Units Sourcing team by being responsible to verify and update the contract and vendor repository in Telenor’s contract database (Coupa). This shall mainly include the following tasks

– Gap Analysis and review of complete contract and vendor database

– Setup an execution plan to close all the gaps in alignment with key stakeholders

– Coordinate communication between vendor and internal stakeholder

– Ensure signoff for all contracts as per local authority level

– Update contract and vendor database (Coupa)

– Review current P2P setup in Tn ASA and propose updated automated routines within Coupa that can assist in procurement processes (RFQs, contract management, SRM, P2P etc)

Competence requirements

– 3-5 years of hands on experience of working with coupa.

– Good technical and procurement knowledge of purchasing categories within Telecom

– Understanding of business process automation

– Good project management skills and experience

– Presentation and analytics skills

– Adaptable to work in cross functional teams and as an independent expert

– Be strong in interpersonal/networking and consensus building skill

Assignment

3 months with 6 months optional extension.
Remote work is ok but preferably in the samt time zone.
