Contract Lead – Supply Chain Management

For one of our customers we are now looking for a Contract Lead-Supply Chain Management (SCM).

We have several exiting opportunities as Contract Lead (Strategic procurement-contracting) in Procurement and Supplier Relations (PSR) business unit consisting of approx 720 employees worldwide. Join one of PSR teams creating value through global, safe and sustainable end to end supply chain, ensuring the right materials and services, at the right time, with the right quality.

Here you will take on strategic procurement responsibilities and challenging tasks both in contract establishment and management.

A Contract Lead is responsible for procurement activities related to establish and manage agreements.

Contract Lead holds the mandate to legally commit the company to suppliers.

As Contract Lead you will take on strategic procurement responsibilities and challenging tasks through:

– Lead contract establishment

– Lead enquiry processes (strategy, enquiry, evaluation, negotiation)

– Act as commercial leader in tender processes Implement and operationalise new agreements (frame agreements and single source)

– Manage agreement

– Shape the global contract portfolio through segment strategies together with business line and suppliers, drive change in contract relationship to maximise value for the company.

– Ensure contract compliance, identify and manage risk (safety, security, sustainability, commercial, financial, local requirements).

– Contribute to correct and optimal use of agreements, including procurement support and operational responsibilities.

Job responsibilities:

BUSINESS SERVICES

As Contract lead within the Business Services category, you will be responsible for both contract establishment and contract management for onshore and offshore facility management, corporate communication and events, people & organization services covering the company university, global mobility, recruitment, travel, and HR operations.

INTELLECTUAL SERVICES AND TEMPORARY STAFFING

As Contract lead within the Intellectual Services & Temporary Staffing category, you will be responsible for both contract establishment and contract management for mainly strategic business consulting, market intelligence, market analyses, benchmarking and due diligence.

You will be part of a global team with great colleagues based in Stavanger, UK, US, Brazil among others.

DRILLING, WELL & INTERVENTIONS

As Contract lead within the Drilling, Well & Interventions category you will be responsible for contract management within the area of Drilling Well Services or Drilling Units. Drilling Well Services has three main contracts with major providers of integrated drilling and well services. In addition, there are around 30 specialist contracts delivering complex technical equipment and services. Contract management within Drilling Units includes both our mobile and fixed units portfolio.

OPERATIONS

As Contract lead within the Operations categories, you will be responsible for category management, strategic development, specific procurement processes and follow up of agreement portfolio. Operations consist of three main categories:

1)Logistics: Responsible for global logistics services like Offshore Supply Vessels, Supply Base, Helicopter, Transportation, and freight forwarding

2)Maintenance & Modification: Consist of three main segments: -Operations & Maintenance (incl. OMM/VEM, turnaround services, civil, contractor operated facilities etc.) -Insulation, Scaffolding, Surface treatment (ISS) and Inspection -Projects – modification projects and turn around support

3) Equipment: Consist of following segments; Tele, Electro, Automation, Rotation, Mechanical, Commodities.

You will be part of a global team with great colleagues based in Stavanger, Bergen, Trondheim, Hammerfest, … UK, US among others.

Your experience and qualifications:

– Education: relevant Bachelor/Master’s degree or equivalent

– Qualities: We are looking for dedicated, proactive candidates who can undertake tasks by involving stakeholders, being cost-conscious, caring for sustainability and being a caring colleague

– Digital skills: Experience with SAP, Contiki, SAP Ariba is a great advantage.

– Language Requirements: English and Norwegian.
