For one of our customers we are now looking for a Buying Professional.
Job responsibilities:
- Inquire, negotiate, and order components and services for the SGT-50 gas turbine.
- Procurement of aftermarket spare parts for the SGT-50 gas turbine.
- Establishment and maintenance of suppliers in the supplier registry.
- Invoice management, deviation handling, and documentation follow-up.
- Contribute to common goals of cost reduction on purchased parts.
- Collaborate with planners, engineers, and project managers in the SGT-50 team.
Your experience and qualifications:
- Proficient in negotiation, communication, collaboration and relationship management with external suppliers as well as internal colleagues.
- 3-5 years of operational work experience in professional procurement environment, SAP MM module, spreadsheet analysis and presentation.
- Proactive and problem-solving attitude towards work
- Willingness, adaptability and resilience to thrive in fluid and evolving work environment.
To be accepted as a candidate you must be located within EU – preferable in Norway. Important with valid work permit for Norway if not located in Norway.
