Job responsibilities:

The EPC Contract lead is responsible for contractual and procurement activities and processes with specific follow-up responsibilities for the EPC contract. Strong focus on HSE, Contractor shall comply to all HSE requirement.

• Experience from handling EPC contracts

• Ensure efficient contract administration, handle correspondence as letters, VOR/VO’s

• Lead any negotiation towards Contractor and prepare any recommendation to CR

• Follow-up commercial commitments towards Contractor • Close cooperation with the Company’s Representative

• Contribute to experience transfer to and from the project • Contribute to establishing and maintaining the contract Follow-up strategy

• Responsible for updating all procurement tools ref, The Company governing. (SAP, Contiki & PIMS)

• Ensure a cost efficient project execution of EPC Contracts, take ownership to STEP, propose actions and implement in own organization

• Ensure good cooperation and interaction with the EPC Contract, and other relevant contracts

• Give input to the Project Risk register based on evaluated risks related to contractual matters, and follow up according to agreed action plans

• Give input to cost plan and updates towards CCE, review and check invoices.

Your qualifications:

• Minimum 6-10 years of direct experience in major projects, including procurement and contract formation, administration and close-outs, in an Oil & Gas environment, managing procurement from an EP/EPC and/or an owner’s perspective.

• SAP, PIMS, Contiki experience or equivalent ERP system experience, an asset

• Excellent customer relations skills (with internal and external customers)

• Excellent verbal and written communication • Excellent interpersonal skills

• Excellent negotiation skills • Leadership/Managerial experience an asset

• Ability to manage large workload volumes • Solid communication skills – verbal and written both internally and externally

• Strong analytical, commercial negotiation experience

• Strong ethical standards

• Site experience is an asset

Job Specifications:
