We are looking for Senior Document Controller in Stavanger:

Senior Document Controller

Location: Stavanger (Onshore)

Roles and Responsibilities
• Provide central coordination and guidance for the document control function in Company
• Develop and provide expert advice on the application of the document control policies, standards, processes and procedures to ensure best practice in the storage, maintenance and traceability of documentation.
• To schedule and prioritise familiarisation training and act as a focal for all document control activities in WINO, ensuring support for all users of the document management systems in WINO.
• Provide consultancy to the project teams for document control services, and liaise with the Life Cycle Information and Documentation for Operations (LCI and DFO) function to develop and promote best practice in the projects.
• Ensure that all document control work complies with the management system and that integrity standards are maintained.
• Monitor document control performance and develop discipline business improvement plans.

Education Requirements & Work Experience
• High-school certificate or above
• Min. 8-10 years of relevant experience
• Lack of formal education may be compensated by long and relevant experience and documented achievements within the document management area.
• Knowledge and experience in use of ProArc (superuser/administrator).
• Minimum 8 – 10 years of relevant document management experience within the NCS oil and gas industry.

• Proactively seeking advice from others and share own experiences with the group
