Assignment description:
The Company`s procurement network is responsible for safe and efficient supply of products and services to the Company group's development projects and operations in Norway and internationally. The group's procurement of products and services amounts to NOK 130 billion per year.

Our employees have a comprehensive competence on the total value chain.

Strategic Frame Agreement (SFA) is a strategic procurement unit in Procurement Supplier Relations, Operations and Maintenance. SFA includes 3 procurement departments responsible for establishing and managing strategic global and group wide contracts within the following 10 categories:

SFA Equipment and Services      
-              Valves & Piping
-              Electrical and automation technology
-              Rotating, Static mechanical & HVAC

SFA Safety and Chemicals
-              Chemicals
-              HSE
-              Industry Consumables

SFA Maintenance and Modifications
-              Maintenance & Modifications
-              Contractor Operated Facilities
-              Insulation, Scaffolding and Surface protection
-              Cranes/lifting and inspection services

Develop procurement strategies in accordance with Company’s business targets
Establish and manage competitive Framework Agreements
•             Demand and market analysis
•             Prequalification of suppliers
•             Prepare and conduct enquiries, evaluations and negotiations
Establish and maintain a professional relationship with customers and suppliers.

Competence requirements:
Master’s degree, preferably within Business Management, Industrial Engineering or Law
5-10 years’ experience within:
•             Building strategic contract strategies
•             Establishing strategic contract portfolios
•             Managing and leading strategic contracts

Preferred candidates have/are:
•             High integrity and ethical standards, focused on HSE
•             Result-oriented, performance driven professionals with a commercial mindset.
•             Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
•             Motivated by working in an demanding and result oriented environment
•             Fluent in written and spoken English.
•             Computer literate
