Assignment description:
The procurement network is responsible for safe and efficient supply of products and services to the Company`s group's development projects and operations in Norway and internationally. The group's procurement of products and services amounts to NOK 130 billion per year.
Our employees have comprehensive expertise on the total value chain.
The procurement and supplier relations (TPD PSR) cluster of the Technology, Projects and Drilling business area is responsible for allocating and developing resources, best practices, tools and methods within procurement that are adapted to the company's needs for effective exploration, project development and operations.
The operations and maintenance (TPD PSR OMM) unit is responsible for tactical and operational procurements related to both offshore and onshore facilities.
The tasks are related to procurement decisions, supplier management and daily follow-up of the supply chain.
We are now looking for candidates for temporary positions within operational procurement at our location in Bergen-area.
Tasks:
• Plan, implement, coordinate and follow up procurement of materials and services based on the customers' needs, including to:
• Create call-offs from current contracts

• Establish requests for quotations, evaluate and order materials and services not covered by contracts
• Plan and follow up logistics flow of materials and services

• Manage extensive contact with internal customers, the operational unit and external contractors
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• Relevant experience from procurement/logistics/SAP is preferred, but not mandatory
