Purchaser / Contract Consultant

Assignment description:
The successful candidate will form part of the procurement resource pool at Kollsnes or Kårstø. She / he will be responsible for plan, implement and follow-up procurement of material and services. Further proactively supporting internal clients in managing all parts of the Supply Chain Management processes, such as:
 
• Prepare inquiries, evaluate offers
• Establish and manage call-offs and/or purchase orders in SAP
• Advise internal customers on procurement issues
• Establish and maintain a professional relationship with suppliers
- Optimise sourcing and establish procurement plans and strategies in cooperation with internal customers
- Establish and manage agreements/ contracts


Competence requirements:
- College/ university, Bachelor's degree
- Experience from Statoil Procurement and SAP ERP system is an advantage
- Communication and cooperation skills are solid
- See opportunities and contribute to positive changes

Language requirements (if essential for the work):
- Write and speak English fluently
