Vi søker etter kandidater til følgende stilling:

Assignment title: Project Procurement Specialist

Role Description:

Ensure effective and correct handling of requests, both from internal customers and from our subsea contractors. Ensure that similar task is handled equally in connection with call offs and ensure sufficient follow up on all purchase orders.

Responsibility and Main Tasks:

  • Respond to requests from internal customers
  • Establish requisition and handle quotations in due time
  • Via the purchasers, place purchase orders according to routines
  • Act as single point responsible towards internal customers
  • Coordinate all following up activities on each PO, both variations, technical and cost/time
  • Report progess and cost to customer bi-weekly
  • Ensure quality in deliveries including any new or updated documentation.
  • Ensure that all notifications on the equipment is established in Statoil SAP.
  • Ensure that work is executed in compliance to Company’s requirements.
  • Ensure that HSE challenges and uncertainties are addressed and followed up.
  • Verify invoices and issue of Completion Certificate

Contract Period:  Start: ASAP    End: 21.05.2012

Option period:   2 x 6 Months

Kvalifikasjonskrav:
Høyskoleutdanning og erfaring fra innkjøpsarbeid, helst innen olje og gassbransjen. Gode engelskkunnskaper muntlig og skriftlig.
