Assignment description:

  • This position require a very quick start up.

Projects Procurement (PRO PSR PPR RC Bergen) is responsible for allocating procurement resources to the Companys projects globally and other units as required. The projects range from large modification projects (brownfield), fast track and subsea tie-in project, offshore greenfield and wind projects and onshore, cessation and pipeline projects.

We are seeking candidates to vacant positions within Projects Procurement. Candidates with experience in all or any of these areas will be relevant for this position:

Ågotnes (Contract Administrator Framework Agreemnets service subsea equipment)

The Contract Coordinator shall proactively contribute to the assigned procurement deliverables within the project he/she is serving and is responsible for conduction of various procurement tasks in accordance with relevant procedures and requirements

Key tasks:

  • Participate in developing the Overall Procurement Strategy
  • Develop specific procurement strategies
  • Participate and conduct tasks as required to pre-qualify suppliers
  • Manage and conduct the tender (RFQ) process by preparing and issuing tenders acc. to set strategies
  • Manage and conduct bid evaluation, negotiations and prepare award recommendation.
  • Give contract and procurement advice to other members of the project team
  • Give input to the overall project procurement plan
  • Ensure that the agreements are correctly used and managed
  • Seek and provide best practice to/from Statoil competence units and to other projects
  • Identify and manage uncertainty within own agreements
  • Perform SOX controls
  • Be an active member of the Procurement organization within the project.
  • Focus on cooperation/ integration with other parts of the project team
  • General support to the Procurement Manager and Project manager

Competence requirements:

  • BSc or higher
  • Experience in performing procurement processes for EPCI/EPC contracts in projects from strategy development to contract close-out.
  • Establishment of early phase studies, call of from parallel frame work agreements.
  • Language requirements Norwegian and English fluent
