For one of our clients in Stavanger we are seeking candidates for the following position: 

Contract Administrator

Job description:
• Form part of the contract follow-up team led by Company representative
• Interfacing with Project control function on cost and schedule
• Ensure professional and compliant procurement processes according to internal requirements and legislation
• Contract administration
• Contribute to excellent HSEQ standards and ensure that these are included in contracts as applicable
• Contribute to continuous improvement and experience transfer
• Contribute in establishing best practice and procedures
• Ensure professional collaboration and communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Reporting of activities as required
• Contribute with contractual assessments in change - and variation order processes
• Support management of claims and contract disputes including assessment of consequences with respect to
competitiveness and defined price basis
• Contribute to training of contract users
• Handling of VO’s, Amendments, price adjustments, exercising options, update relevant registers, file
documents.


Qualifications:
• University degree in relevant subject
• Minimum 10 years relevant contractual experience in NCS contracts and preferably follow-up of Subsea
equipment contracts

• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical and systematic
• Fluent in English (oral and written)
• Cross cultural awareness

Duration: 
Start-up 01.11.2015, duration 6 months.
