Contract Administrator – Kårstø Prjojects (KDP2013 and KKFD2016)

The procurement network is responsible for safe and efficient supply of products and services to the Company`s development projects and operations in Norway and internationally. The group's procurement of products and services amounts to NOK 130 billions per year.
 
Projects Procurement (TPD PSR PPR) is responsible for allocating resources, best practices, tools and methods within procurement adjusted to the company needs for effective exploration, project development and operations.

The Kårstø Development Project (KDP 2013) is a portfolio of projects including.
−             Gudrun Onshore Modifications (GOM) at Kårstø
−             Compressor Upgrade Project (CUP) consisting of:
•             Booster Compressor Integrity project (BCI) at Kårstø
•             Export Compressor Upgrade (ECU) at Kollsnes
−             Boiler Upgrade Project (BUP) at Kårstø

This scope is covered by an EPC contract with Aibel.

The Kårstø Kollsnes Future Development Project (KKFD 2016) currently consists of 16 studies which are in early phase prior to project execution.

Some Projects which will start concept phase early next year, i.e;
•             OGS (Onshore Gas Security)
•             KaMP (Kalstø Master Plan)
•             H2S project at Kårstø
•             Other studies

The role as Contract administrator for contract follow-up of KDP 2013/KKFD206 is now vacant.

The contract administrator will assist Contract Leads in all relevant procurement task related to Contract Administration of the EPC and FEED contract.

Tasks/responsibilities:
Assist Contract Lead with all relevant activities related to procurement, i.e:
•             Contract establishment by using our contract system Contiki
•             Issue any Purchase Orders in SAP and follow-up VOR handling
•             Update VOR register and Estimate in PIMS
•             Issue VO via PIMS
•             Update VO/VOR/Estimate register
•             Update commitment in SAP
•             Verify Invoices
•             Ensure clear focus on HSE internally and towards the market, and keeping high ethical standards in the procurement process.
•             Ensure transfer of relevant experience and use of Company professional experience within procurement and technical disciplines.

Competence requirements:
University degree. Relevant extensive experience may compensate for lack of formal education.
Minimum 5-10 years experience from project procurement and/or project development/execution.

•             Able to handle ad-hoc tasks
•             Excellent communication and relationship skills
•             Business understanding and value chain perspective
•             Structured, systematic and target driven with well defined goals
•             Multi discipline understanding
•             High integrity
