Vi søker kandidater til følgende oppdrag på Ågotnes:

Assignment title:            
Call-Off Coordinator

Contract Period:              
Start: 11.03.2013  End: 30.08.2013

Option period: 
Yes  2 x 6 months

Assignment description:
Respond to requests from internal customers
Establish requisition and handle quotations in due time
Via the purchasers, place purchase orders according to routines
Act as single point responsible towards internal customers
Coordinate all following up activities on each PO, both variations, technical and cost/time
Report progress and cost to customer bi-weekly
Ensure quality in deliveries including any new or updated documentation.
Ensure that all notifications on the equipment is established in SAP.
Ensure that work is executed in compliance to Company’s requirements.
Ensure that HSE challenges and uncertainties are addressed and followed up.
Verify invoices and issue of Completion Certificate

Competence requirements:
Engineer, economist or similar. Preferably with experience with procurement and Supply Chain Management.
Language requirements (if essential for the work): Norwegian and English

Work percent:   100%

Workplace:  Onshore Ågotnes
